The 5. 0l v8 fi ohv is strong, shifting is excellent along with braking and suspension. It has a ton of power and is a blast to drive. The interior is totally original and in remarkable condition given it's 31-year lifespan with just some slight wear on the left, drivers side bolster from entering and exiting the car. It's very comfortable and fully functional from the ice-cold air conditioning to the gauges, lighting, etc. The radio works but it seems the volume switch may need some switch cleaner as it crackles a bit when adjusting the volume up and down. Probably time for an updated radio but otherwise highly and fully functional. The body is straight but the finish is showing it's age. It's shiny and clean, certainly presentable and has been touched up as needed here and there but there are some stone chips and scratches here and there. The boot cover for the convertible top looks nice as do the original wheels and it comes with good tires. The convertible top appears original, the rear glass is in good condition. Since most of these post-modern gt's have had many owners, high mileage and been driven hard, this one represents a great opportunity to own a low mileage, rust-free, one-owner california car that has nowhere to go but up.
